A Casual, BYOB With Mediterranean And Moroccan Influenced Dishes. The Space Has Recently Been Transformed Into A Lovely, Quaint BYOB Seating Up To 40 People And Featuring An Open Kitchen.
In Addition To Being Raised On Hearty Moroccan Dishes, Chef Hassan Zanzoul Developed A Love Of Mediterranean Food While He Worked As A Chef In Taormina, Italy From 1987 Until 1996. Upon His Return To The States, Hassan Received Formal Training In Both Italian And French Cuisine From The French Culinary Institute In New York City. While Working Toward His Certification, Hassan Was Selected To Go To Paris To Complete An Internship That Would Further His Culinary Expertise. Before Moving To Philadelphia, Hassan Worked As The Executive Chef At The Silver Spoon Cafe In Branchburg, New Jersey.
