Chinatown Learning Center Has Been Serving Philadelphia's Asian American Community For Over 17 Years! Located In Philadelphia's Chinatown, The Chinatown Learning Center Is A Licensed Bilingual Preschool That Serves Children Ages Three To Five. We Are Open Monday Through Friday From 8:30AM - 5:30PM. We Also Offer An After School Group Tutoring Program For Children In Elementary School (K-4). The Chinatown Learning Center Has A Head Start Program And A PreK Counts Program. We Also Accept Families That Have CCIS (Child Care Information Services). We Have Been Awarded A STAR 3 By The Keystone Stars Program.
